Homer used Reddit to call for a boycott of the film Agents of P.I.Z.Z.A. and to troll J. J. Abrams to get over his childhood trauma.[1]

When Peter Griffin gave J. Jonah Jameson a photo of a woman's thong with Spider-Man, Peter told Jameson he had a whole subreddit of "superhero thong shots". Because of this, Peter was owed a favor by Jameson, which would ultimately be the publication of his comic strip, For Pete's Sake!.[2]
