After tapping on Lou's exclamation mark Huh, another slow-walking streaker. It looks like there's an underage drinking problem after all. Want to round up the usual suspects? Nah, let's just assume it was the Chief's fault. Task: "Make Lou Investigate the Case". The job takes place at the Police Station and takes 5 minutes. Task: "Make Eddie Investigate the Case".
