Property Values is the final quest in the tutorial of The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It has the player buy a Land Expansion for the first time.

Dialogue

Message Buy a Land Expansion to increase the size of your Springfield. Task: "Buy Land Expansion" for 150. The player receives 60 and 10 in reward.
