The New Evergreen Terrace is the third quest in the tutorial of The Simpsons: Tapped Out. The first part of the quest is obtained after completing Springfield Cleaners Pt. 2.

Since we're the only ones here, it's up to us to rebuild Springfield!

Or we could just move to Miami.

Think about it -- flamingos, palm, trees, t-shirts that say "Miami" on them...

It'll be easy! Or at least that's what I'm telling you to get you to do it.

We'll start with our own street!

The player receives "The New Evergreen Terrace Pt. 1" which is to "Build Evergreen Terrace". The player receives  100 and  10 in reward.

Evergreen Terrace is starting to take shape. Now we need to build the Flanders house.

Okay.

Let's start by looking for the spot on the map furthest from any place I'd ever want to go...
|

But Dad, Mr. Flanders is our neighbor, so we'll have to move the Kwik-E-Mart somewhere first.

|
*grumbles* Okay, but I better get an achievement for this.
|
| The player receives "The New Evergreen Terrace Pt. 3" which is to "Move the Kwik-E-Mart" and "Build the Flanders House". It takes one minute and 30 seconds and the player receives 0 and 55 in reward. Ned Flanders is a new character.
