Plot[edit]
Bart scribbles a picture of Homer onto the wall of Moe's Tavern and of course, he sprays his name tag, El Barto on it. Homer sees the picture, and believes that he turned 2-dimensional, much to Bart's amusement. Later that night, a man named Professor Lombardo sees the painting and the next day he talks all about the painting. Lombardo tells the public that he would buy it if El Barto emerges. Sensing that it is his chance for gaining fame,Comic Book Guy then claims that he is El Barto. Bart does not like that Comic Book Guy is getting rich off something he didn't do, and Comic Book Guy continues to take the credit for Bart's paintings which makes him upset, but after Lisa tells Bart that she does not think C.B.G. is El Barto, she helps him with an idea.... Later, Comic Book Guy is interviewed by a TV crew that discovers a painting of Comic Book Guy on a wall, the TV team is surprised, for it was not there when they started the interview, but he comes up with an explanation to get out of it, which only makes Bart even more annoyed. Bart sits and thinks in his treehouse and after seeing a poster of Radioactive Man, he comes up with an idea; he paints the Atomic Avenger in a way that Comic Book Guy does not like. When Comic Book Guy sees his new paintings, he becomes angry and he tells the truth, he is not El Barto, making those who liked the paintings upset but Bart is now happy, satisfied that El Barto's name is back in the hands of its rightful owner.
