Mistletoe Run is an annual event in Springfield created by the forefathers of Springfield to ensure that their sons, no matter how ugly or unwashed, would eventually land wives. It's now only symbolic and all citizens of Springfield are legally bound to participate. In Springfield Elementary School had the girls the mission to the kiss guy who gets his name drawn, the winner gets two tickets to Dustin Beeber. Bart tried to cheat but failed because all the names in the hat was Bart's as Principal Skinner's payback for last weeks mashed potatoes catastrophe. After Bart's name was drawn he start to run home so the girls can not get him for Bart playing by the rules that reform were enacted in the late eighties. When Bart manages came him he happens he stand under a mistletoe as Marge placed in the hall and she gives him a kiss. Bart then says that mom cooties are well not so bad and because she won, he thought he will now can slip the concert but he's wrong. Marge brings Bart to the concert where Bart is not happy.
