Clip-Clop is a fake pony gifted to Lisa, which was actually Ralph and Milhouse in wrapping paper.

History

When Lisa converted to Buddhism, the rest of the Simpsons thought she would not want any presents, but they gave her 'Clip-Clop', and said that he liked sugar. Ralph and Milhouse later went out of the wrapping paper asked for more sugar.
