Plot
One day Radioactive Man visits Bug Boy at the Superior Squad to help him test his new atomic weapon. Bug Boy tests the gun on Radioactive Man and it works - his radioactive physique absorbsthe blast without causing any damage to the lab. After the test Radioactive Man glows due to the radioactivity and he gives Bug Boy his birthday present, a turtle. He held the turtle in his hand and it starts to glow before exploding.
