Billy Kimball (born July 8, 1959) is an American writer and producer who has written episodes of The Simpsons.
Kimball was nominated for a 2014 Annie Award in "Writing in an Animated TV/Broadcast Production" for "Dark Knight Court" along with Ian Maxtone-Graham.[1]
