Trimming the Hedges is an Angry Dad strip in Bart Simpson Comics #28

Plot

Angry Dad is going to cut the hedges, but a raccoon steals the cutters. After Homer attempts to get it back with a scythe and an axe, the raccoon races indoors, and locks Angry Dad out, it then calls the police and starts watching TV. In a few minutes, the police arrive and beat up Angry Dad. Then it cuts to Bart sitting drawing, while a raccoon is sitting on the coach and Homer is outside getting beating by Lou and Eddie.
