D'oh! Unto Others is a Bart Simpson story that appears in Bart Simpson #92.

Synopsis

"Bart pulls a prank on the entire town and discovers that the people he punked can be a lot more forgiving than he ever imagined -- and now he has them right where he wants them. Suckers!"

Plot

Bart finds out that Lisa are doing a research on bed bugs. Lisa tells Bart and that they are no purpose and they eats human blood. The moves through the clothes and the only way is to get rid of them is that freeze them or burn them to death. Bart decides to fool Springfield that he and all the other inhabitants of the towns had bed bugs and they becomes forced to burn their clothes and walk around naked with a barrel cover their body. Bart laughs at everyone walks around naked but Lisa busted at Bart has all his clothes left, he admits that he made a prank to the city. Lisa snitch Bart to the city and the jude decides that Bart is sentenced to be naked with a barrel for one hour. It starts to rain and the residents feels sorry for Bart who gives him shelter. Lisa are not happy over that for it's not right and he promises her to never do any pranks with the city again. Bart breaks his promise and soon forced everyone in Springfield to shave off their hair, when it is discovered that Bart has prank again he is forced to shave off his hair too.
