Sideshow Bob tampers with the school bus so that if it goes over 55mph an accident will occur. After Bart appeared nude in the classroom, he is locked alone in the principal's office and there he finds out what will happen to the school bus. Now he must get out of the room and find Otto, who drives the school bus.

Part One Of: The Comic Cover Caper!

Bart escapes with Milhouse during a visit to the paper factory and they discover that they press comic books there that have value to collectors, promoting Bartman to start investigating why.
