Lisa the Clown is a Simpsons Comics story that appears in Simpsons Comics #226.
Plot

Lisa makes her premiere and trying to tell educating jokes but the audience falls asleep. Lisa does not like it but Leslie tells her that it happens all the time for the program is so old. Krusty is in the hospital and did not like what she had to do with his show. With the help of Sideshow Mel, Lisa writes a script for Itchy & Scratchy which she believes will be a success. Sideshow Bob is visiting Krusty the hospital when Bart is there to make him happy because the executive don't want him back.
Bob telling them that he is not alone in wanting revenge on Krusty and telling them about a woman he met in prison therapy which Krusty was dating but he never called back. Bart then realizes what has happened. Lisa is showing her Itchy & Scratchy caroon but the audience is not laughing about it. Lisa telling Leslie that have an educational clown program was not a good idea, while the police coming and arrest her because she is wanted after Bart telling them where she was.
