Location Information
|
The Springfield Air and Space Museum is a museum about the history of air and space travel. It has various models of famous aircraft, as well as exhibits honouring some of Springfield's own citizens, such as one showcasing Agnes Skinner's wing walking exploits.
History
Mr. Burns reserved the entire museum for a private power plant party. Throughout the party he acted unnaturally kind, and it wasn't until the end that the party was revealed to be just a ruse to lull the employees into a false sense of security. Burns then announced that he was cancelling the employee drug program. This news angered the employees, who attempted unsuccessfully to chase him down.
Behind the Laughter
The museum is a parody of The National Air and Space Museum, located in Washington, D.C.
