Comic Story information
|
Milhouse's Guide to Keeping it Cool is a Bart Simpson story that appears in Bart Simpson #38. The comic has since been reprinted in Bart Simpson: Prince of Pranks.
Plot
Milhouse tells readers about how to "keep it cool" in elementary school. Milhouse is being bullied, and when Jimbo tries to wedgie him, his underpants rip apart, and Milhouse runs off. Milhouse tries to act "hard to get" near Lisa, but it fails when Milhouse loses the chance to take Lisa to the fall dance. At lunch, his talk to the girls about his baby teeth doesn't impress them, and when he thinks Lisa's going to ask him out, she holds up his ripped underpants. Later, Milhouse and Bart flood Krabappel's car, and the next day, Mrs. Krabappel tells Milhouse she found an inhaler and a piece of blue hair in her car, and when Milhouse tries to escape, his underpants rip, and he once again runs off.
