After being tricked into buying an expensive computer Homer learns about creating a website from Lisa and Bart. So Homer did but it had nothing but junk, so Lisa and Bart advised exposing scandals in town. Homer's first scandal was Mayor Joe Quimby spending townfunds to buy a pool, but Homer didn't wanted to be captured and hunted down so he created Mr.X . Homer was kidnapped by the government after he revealed many scandals. He then escaped and quit being Mr.X
