Milhouse's Best Day is a story that appears in Bart Simpson's Pal, Milhouse Comics #1.
Before school, Bart is at the Van Houten house. Bart reads Milhouse's diary entry for that day, inwhich he wrote that he hoped that on his birthday, which was that day, he could spend it being cool. Milhouse is in the bathroom when he asks Bart what he is doing here, Bart says "Nothing" and then runs out the door, tellling Milhouse not to be late for school.
