History
After Homer Simpson accidentally deactivated a robot by hitting it with a chair as he was riding round the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant on it, he looked up how to repair it in the book. He also found out that the robots had a mode to socialize with others. After many failed attempts, he gets this working.
