After Bart saw a commercial for the product featuring Chet Manners, he bought it using Homer's credit card. When it arrived in the mail, Homer and Bart built the rocket together. The rocket was soon ready to launch, and Homer began the countdown. Before he could reach T-0, the rocket exploded. The shock of the explosion blasted Milhouse's eyebrows onto Bart's cheeks.
