Bill Williams (May 29, 1960 – May 28, 1998) was an American game designer, programmer and author. He served as the designer for The Simpsons: Bart's Nightmare. However, due to constantly being asked to rework the game, he walked away from the project and ended up getting credited as "Miscellaneous".[1]
