- Immediately after the colonoscopy, Homer heads for Krusty Burger, in his haste running out of the room in his hospital gown and with the camera still inside him. In real life, because of the preparatory fasting required, it is not unusual for colonoscopy patients to be ravenously hungry following the procedure.
