Homer vs. the Wallpaper is a Simpsons Comics story first printed in Simpsons Comics #54.
Synopsis
Homer struggles to hang new wallpaper in Maggie's room while Bart watches. After a few mishaps, Homer finds a solution which gets the job done.
Plot
Homer decides to hang up wallpaper in Maggie's room, having spent the money for a professional on beer. He taste tests the glue and is rushed to hospital to have it removed from his system. After being discharged, he resumes the task where he repeatedly cuts up the paper, then charges at it with a katana. He is once again rushed to hospital. After being discharged the second time, he has trouble with the paper falling off the wall, sticking to him and entangling him. He runs out of curse words to use so instead uses Chinese swears from a book provided by Bart. Bart is shocked by the eventual mess caused.
