744 Evergreen Terrace is the address of the house where Ned, Rod and Todd Flanders live. They live next door to the Simpsons' House, at 742 Evergreen Terrace. Maude previously lived there until her death. It was destroyed by a hurricane in the episode "Hurricane Neddy", but was rebuilt by the citizens of Springfield shortly thereafter.
