Elite Candles is a stall in Middle Hamptons of the The Hamptons, New York. The proprietor is Jazzy James.
History
When Jazzy James offered information on Jay G, he told Bart that he must purchase a candle in order to obtain the information. When Bart asked the cheapest candle price, Jazzy told him it was $55. Bart refused, remarking that he could start a fire in the woods for no cost. Angered by this, Jazzy walked away with his stall.
