A bicycle race, which Flanders is racing in, prompts Homer to enter and beat him. However, he believes he will never win, so Bart makes up a plan: Homer does the beginning of the race, then Grampa, dressed as Homer and wearing the same number comes in for the middle of the race, then Homer comes in again at the end.
