Marge spots an artist inside a prison convict. She finds him in the infirmary after Homer Broke his back at the prison rodeo. She meets an artist named Jack who is incredible at painting. She then wants to get to know Jack better, so she volunteers at the prison. Meanwhile, Homer fixes his back by stumbling over a garbage can.
