Rachel J. Pulido (born January 26, 1967) is a Mexican-American television writer. She wrote the Bumblebee Man segment of the season 7 episode "22 Short Films About Springfield" and the season 8 episode "Grade School Confidential".

She is married to former The Simpsons showrunner Bill Oakley. They have two daughters, Mary and Elizabeth, and a son named James and currently live in Portland, Oregon.
