Jeff "Swampy" Marsh, also credited as Jeff Marsh and Jeffrey Marsh, is a former background layout artist, background designer, character layout artist and computer animation design & layout for The Simpsons. Outside of The Simpsons, Marsh has worked on King of the Hill and Rocko's Modern Life and is probably best known for co-creating Phineas & Ferb with Dan Povenmire, where he also voices the show's Major Francis Monogram.
