James H. "Jim" Allen (born May 15, 1928), better known as Rusty Nails, is an American clown and former host of children's television shows. He was interviewed in The Simpsons 20th Anniversary Special – In 3-D! On Ice!.

Krusty the Clown is loosely based on him, but Matt Groening says that Krusty's mean-spirited nature is nothing like Rusty Nails.
