Harry Morgan (born Harry Bratsberg, often spelled Harry Bratsburg; April 10, 1915 – December 7, 2011) was an American actor, director, and writer, best known for his role as Bill Gannon in the radio and television series Dragnet. He reprised the role of Bill Gannon in the season 7 episode "Mother Simpson".
