James H. "Jim" Allen (born May 15, 1928), better known as Rusty Nails, is an American clown. He was interviewed in The Simpsons 20th Anniversary Special – In 3-D! On Ice!.

Krusty the Clown is loosely based on him, but Matt Groening says that Krusty's mean-spirited nature is nothing like Rusty Nails.
