Plot
During an Itchy & Scratchy cartoon, the two characters urge their viewers to take advantage of a special "Adults at Kid's Prices" offer at Itchy & Scratchy Land. Lisa and Bart beg Homer and Marge to take them. They are not impressed with Marge's planned vacation to the Highway 9 Bird Sanctuary. Eventually, Bart and Lisa tempt Homer and Marge with the promise of "Parents' Island".
On a drive that takes them all night, they run into horrendous traffic, and a near-disastrous shortcut before parking their car in the immense "Itchy" parking lot.
Marge is initially concerned about the violent motifs in the park, however Bart and Lisa have a great time. The family marvels at the high-tech robots featured in the Itchy & Scratchy Land Parade. Soon, the family are running for their lives as the robots go haywire and malfunction. The park is evacuated, but the Simpsons get left behind and must figure out a way to beat the robots. They discover that a camera flash scrambles the robots and "kills" them.
With all the robots destroyed, Roger Meyers Jr, the chairman of Itchy & Scratchy International, apologizes to the Simpsons and gives them two free tickets to the park.
