Lenora Carter is a special investigator from the attorney general's office.
When a pickpocket thief was on the loose in Springfield, Lenora Carter was called in to help catch the thief. Upon arriving at the Springfield Police Station, Carter put Chief Wiggum on the sidelines and called Wiggum the worst police officer she had ever had the pleasure of humiliating in front of his men. She then took over the investigation. She decided that they needed someone with a big ass to lure the pickpocket in. At that point, Homer came into the police station, which his ass stuck in a public bench, which prompted Lenora to choose him.
