Property Values is the final quest in the tutorial of The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It has the player buy a Land Expansion for the first time. Pt. 2 onwards are all dynamic quests.

Dialogue

After tapping on Lisa's exclamation mark If I'm going to be a great jazz saxophonist, I'll need a larger community to ignore and misunderstand me! Message Buy a Land Expansion to increase the size of your Springfield. Task: "Buy Land Expansion" for 150. Message Congratulations, you've completed the tutorial. The halcyon days of us showing you what to tap are over. Woo Hoo!, what's next? I'm afraid the rest of Springfield is still lost in the outer space-time warp continuum. You'll have to wait for it to recombobulate to continue. How long will that take? According to my calculations, now. Or a little longer if the rest of the game needs to download. Message You'll be taken back to the Start screen briefly and then you can continue playing. Quest reward: 60 and 10
