Main Plot
Thinking Homer is eyeing other women, Marge gets liposuction, only to accidentally recieve breast implants meant for another one of Mayor Quimby's bimbos.
Subplot
After seeing an episode of 60's Batman guest starring Krusty the Clown, Bart and Milhouse imatate the Ferris wheel scene, only to injure survivng Iwo Jima soldiers and get Krusty in trouble (again)
