The Aristocrat was the "new watering hole" for Homer when he was furious at Moe for stealing his recipe for the Flaming Homer.
Despite its elegant name, it is a run-down place with no patrons.
As Homer entered, the working barman pulled a shotgun on Homer, who asked in terror for a beer. The barman then placed some beer in a filthy glass, but when Homer protested this, the man begrudgingly cleaned it, growling "Here ya go, Your Majesty!"
