[[Homer]] and his friends find out that [[Moe]] has started selling food at [[Moe's]], and all the food is deep fried. Moe has hired a chef, {{ap|Mandy|Moe Meets His Match}}, who scares away [[Barney]] after she yells at him when he complains about her Pop-Tart. Moe says that he chose her because she hardly takes anything in salary. At closing time Mandy apologizes to Moe, and Moe accepts her apology. Both Mandy and Moe realize they have lots of things in common, such as stealing junk mail from the neighbors and putting their heads in the oven. They end up kissing. A few days later Moe tells his friends about the kiss and he wants to get rid of her because he doesn't like how aggressive she is. Mandy comes into the bar and overhears their conversation, and Moe defends himself by saying that he is crazy about her. Mandy says that that's good, because she burned down her ex's house and will do the same to the next one. Mandy goes away and Moe wants his friends to help him break up with her. They try to get her to see that he is a lousy human. The next day, Homer tries to borrow money from Moe, but it ends with Moe aiming his gun at him, which Mandy likes. The next day, Moe says that Mandy is a bad cook when Lenny orders, but she acknowledges the fact that she is not a good cook. The next day, Moe does his monthly grooming in the kitchen, which Mandy likes. Moe is angry that Mandy loves her more than ever. Lenny then says that maybe they should be together, so Moe gets engaged to Mandy, but she thinks he is a wuss and leaves him. Moe is a bit sad and he does not know who can make him happy again. Homer tells him that perhaps his soulmate is the next person that comes through the door. Barney then comes through the door and Moe becomes happy and cries because there is one person who really understands him.
