[[Bart]] is making expressions which irritate [[Lisa]], so [[Marge]] asks him to stop. Homer punches Bart in the neck and his facial expression sticks, and he can not get rid of it. Bart goes to school where all students and teachers are afraid of him. [[Principal Skinner]] orders [[Willie]] to scare Bart so his expression changes, but this is not successful. He then asks [[Nelson]] to do it, but he also fails, as does [[Milhouse]]. Lisa gets an idea and kisses Bart, because she knows kisses from girls scare him, but it does not succeed. Bart thinks it's because she's his sister, so Lisa asks the girls at the school to start kissing Bart and they all do, the result being Bart's face returns to normal. Bart feels disgusted by all the kisses when Nelson punches Bart in the neck, so he is now stuck with another facial expression.

The Face That Launched a Thousand Blecchs is a Bart Simpson story first printed in Bart Simpson #67.
