[[Mr. Burns]] is in his office with chest pains. [[Smithers]] calls [[Dr. Hibbert]] who tells them that Burns is suffering from a severe case of indigestion.
 
 
On the school bus [[Lisa]] is talking to [[Martin]] about her mouse that she has in a cage in her lap. [[Bart]] takes the mouse out of the cage and accidentally drops it out of the window. Lisa demands that he retrieve the lost mouse so he follows it to the [[Nuclear Power Plant]] with [[Milhouse]]. In the power plant [[Homer]] is told he is being used to test a new amusement park ride. In reality he is about to be placed inside a pod and shrunk so he can enter inside Mr. Burns to help with his indigestion. Just as he is about to be shrunk by the machine, Bart and Milhouse run too close so they also shrink. Bart and Milhouse are nearly trampled by the scientists and attacked by a two-headed mouse. They later find a giant candy bar which they begin to chew on. After Homer enters Mr. Burns' stomach, Smithers drops the candy bar into Mr. Burns' mouth to tempt Homer into breaking through the blockage in his stomach to retrieve it. Bart and Milhouse are still holding onto the bar and Homer rescues them, destroying the blockage in the process. They escape through Burns' mouth and return to their normal size. Bart catches Lisa's mouse and later in the day he finds it has started to mutate.

[[Edna Krabappel]] tell to her class at they embark on an exiting adventure. [[Bart]] believe then that they should play pirates and Edna must jump overboard, but it turns out that she has assign a pen pal to all her students, she tell them at it's a pointless busywork Which can be an adventure too. Next week receive Bart his first letter from his pen pal, [[Herbert J. Walker]], he writes at when he found out who his pen pal was, he was embarrassed to learn he lives in [[Springfield]], and he understanding at he can't tell him about his incredible life in [[Capital City]] for it would foment dissatisfaction with mundane existence.
 
 
Bart becomes mad for no insults his life and gets away with it. He started to write his letter about how pleasant it is to live in Springfield. He also tell him at his family is very close, When it comes to showing out our feelings and we are not afraid to reach out and touch each other. Bart also wrote that his father has an important position with a very powerful company and Bart's name is well know all over the town. Bart also written down at afterschool activity keep him busy but he has still time for hobbies like nature photograph and coin collection.
 
  
Bart concluded the letter that he now must going to a meeting with the mayor and the police chief in the school principal office. Bart also sends a photo of him where he is see next to a road sign with text "Capitol City 42 MI. To the stinkiest place on Earth, home of Herbert J. Walker".
