Plot[edit]

Mr. Burns is in his office with chest pains. Smithers calls Dr. Hibbert who tells them that Burns is suffering from a severe case of indigestion.

On the school bus Lisa is talking to Martin about her mouse that she has in a cage in her lap. Bart takes the mouse out of the cage and accidentally drops it out of the window. Lisa demands that he retrieve the lost mouse so he follows it to the Nuclear Power Plant with Milhouse. In the power plant Homer is told he is being used to test a new amusement park ride. In reality he is about to be placed inside a pod and shrunk so he can enter inside Mr. Burns to help with his indigestion. Just as he is about to be shrunk by the machine, Bart and Milhouse run too close so they also shrink. Bart and Milhouse are nearly trampled by the scientists and attacked by a two-headed mouse. They later find a giant candy bar which they begin to chew on. After Homer enters Mr. Burns' stomach, Smithers drops the candy bar into Mr. Burns' mouth to tempt Homer into breaking through the blockage in his stomach to retrieve it. Bart and Milhouse are still holding onto the bar and Homer rescues them, destroying the blockage in the process. They escape through Burns' mouth and return to their normal size. Bart catches Lisa's mouse and later in the day he finds it has started to mutate.
