"Making Faces" is the eighth Simpsons short. It aired on The Tracey Ullman Show on September 22, 1987. It was the first short of season 2.
Plot[edit]
Marge tells the kids that if they keep making faces they will freeze that way. The kids keep making faces because they really want their faces to keep scary.
Marge discovers the kids are still making faces, so she enters the room with a really scary face.
Later, the kids still make faces, so Marge tells them their faces kept scary. They go to the mirror and, though their faces are normal, they think they are scary.
