Lisa is practicing for the school talent show. Marge tells her that she's good, Homer does not care, and Bart thinks that she is lousy. The next day, Sherri and Terri show off a Malibu Stacy Wig which they received as a birthday present. The girls in the schoolyard are impressed, so Bart steals the wig and begins to sing and dance like a girl. The girls are mad at Bart, but the boys love Bart. Antonio Vabosco sees that the children are enthralled with Bart, and goes to talk to Bart. Vabosco tells him that he will make him a star. Bart tells Antonio that he ca not dance or sing, but Antonio says that that's no problem. But when Bart tells him that he's really a boy, he realizes that there is a problem. He forces all students to sign a contract that forbids them to tell people that Bart is not a girl. "Tori" starts her new career as a musician and Milhouse becomes her closest friend in her new career. Antonio drives to Homer and Marge to tell them what he wants to do with Bart/Tori. While Bart is tempted by the fame and money, the thought of being made to live as a feminine teen girl worries him, and Marge is 100% against the entire thing.
