[[Lisa]] is happy for it's "Take your daughter to work day". [[Marge]] tries to convince Lisa to follow her on her work but she chooses [[Homer]] even though she has good arguments about why her job is important. Lisa is excited about visiting [[Springfield Nuclear Power Plant]] where [[Mr. Burns]] has arranged a party for the daughters, he is disappointed with his employeer for no one but Homer has with them their daughters. Lisa begins to fill in forms for Homer to the [[NRC]] while he looks at [[ESPN]].
 
  
By the evening thanks Mr. Burns Lisa because she came in and gives her a lot of Burnsie Dolls. Lisa, fins they creepy so Homer starts handing them out to his friends and for paying debts. Lisa gets confused when she sees that the puppets glows in the dark. All the people that is having the dolls is starting to hav more energy.

Lisa is surprised that everyone likes them except her, Marge decides to make clothes to the doll and Lisa starts to likes them. Lisa convinces Marge to show them to Mr. Burns. He likes the clothes and start mass producing them on the plant. Marge gets employment and the new clothes is popular. Marge discovers an evening why they are glowing in the dark, Mr. Burns uses a radition ray on the dolls. Marge does not like what he's doing with the dolls, but Mr. Burns tells her if she reveals what he does, the two go is going in charge of the dolls.

Marge organizes a competition, she let a check for a million get sewn in one of the doll and the residents are desperate to have the million and begin to destroy the dolls for finding the checks. Dolls Well That Ends Well is a Simpsons Comics story first printed in Simpsons Comics #216.

Synopsis[edit]

"Mr. Burns is all-aglow with a newfound popularity when his "Mini Monty" doll becomes the most sought after toy in Springfield! And the townsfolks are also all-aglow when they discover that their new luminescent figurines just so happen to be radioactive!"


Plot[edit]

Lisa is happy about what day it is, and wants her family to guess what day it is. It turns out to be "Take Your Daughter to Work Day", and Homer has to take her to the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant. On the way there, they spot others taking their daughters to their jobs (including Quimby, Duffman, Doctor Hibbert, and even Lard Lad).

At the end of the day, Mr. Burns passes out the favors, his new My-Size Burnsie doll! Lisa hates them, so Homer trades them for various uses including dodging a traffic ticket and free food from Krusty Burger. He even gives one to Maggie. But when he turns the light off, Maggie's doll starts to glow!

The people Homer gave the dolls to thank him for what they did. But Lisa is still worried about the glow. So Marge recommends that she makes the dolls clothes. When she shows them off to Mr. Burns the next day, he loves them and hires her to mass-produce them. The day after, the employees start making more dolls. That night, the dolls make the news, and nearly everyone in Springfield has one!

Later that night, Marge discovers that Mr. Burns exposes the dolls to radiation to give them their signature glow. Marge is worried, but when Mr. Burns tells her his plans to dominate the town, she worries even more!

Marge comes home the next day in tears. She explains her problem to the family, and Lisa gets an idea. Inspired by Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Lisa decides to hide one million dollars inside of a Mini-Monty doll, destroying every last one of them.

Marge is fired and returns to her "home office". Lisa is worried that eventually the $1,000,000 will wind back up with Mr. Burns, But Marge puts a stop to her worries by assuring her she put it in the one doll that will never be destroyed. The doll in question is the one belonging to Smithers.
