- Bartman: Houseboy, I've been thinking. If i'm going to compete with the super villians of the new Millenium, I'll need more than just the Bart-rope and this cool costume.
- Houseboy: L-like what, Bartmn?
- Bartman: Like the arsenal of weapons i've inventeed for my new utilty belt!
- Chief Wiggum: It's Bartman! And hes about to crash! Now I've got that hot-dogging vigilante right where I wnat him!
- Kent Brockman:That looks like Bartman--headed for a crash landing! This is my big chace to unmask him on live TV! I hope his face is till reconizable after crack-up.
