Lisa: Once this bookstore is closed, the only one left will be the one that selles rubber books as chew toys for dogs!

Kent Brockman: What do you say to tall of this, Mayor Quimby?
Joe Quimby: Well... er... ah... Kent, the city is desperate need of parking spaces!
Hans Moleman: Ironically, I can see a better parking spot from up here!
