Bill Plympton (born June 30, 1946) is an American animator, cartoonist, director, producer, and screenwriter. He designed the Plymptoons couch gag for the season 23 episode "Beware My Cheating Bart" and season 24 episode "Black-Eyed, Please and season 25 episode "Married to the Blob". He is married to Sandrine Plympton.
