"Love, Springfieldian Style" is the upcoming twelfth episode of The Simpsons' nineteenth season. It will be broadcast on February 17, 2008.[1] It is a trilogy episode that will include three self contained stories about romance.[2]
Plot
On Valentine's Day, the Simpson family is trapped in a Tunnel of Love at a carnival, and to pass off time, Homer, Marge, and Bart tells several tales of love.
Bonnie and Clyde
Homer tells a parody of Bonnie and Clyde, with himself as Clyde and Marge as Bonnie.
Sadie and Scamp
Marge tells a romantic parody of Lady and the Tramp, with herself as Sadie and Homer as Scamp.
Sid and Nancy
Bart tells a Sid and Nancy story with Nelson as Sid Vicious, Lisa as Nancy Spungen and Bart as Johnny Rotten from the Sex Pistols.[3]
