History
In the pilot episode, The Beery Brothers attempted to rob McDuff's beer vault. McDuff, however, with the help of his nephews, manipulated the Beerys into attacking and destroying a decoy vault that was filled with glue rather than the real vault.

DuffTales is a reference to DuckTales, an animated TV series which aired from 1987 to 1990.
