[[Bart]] driving on his skateboarding around [[Springfield]] when he meets the new bully, [[Michael D'Amico]]. Bart feels threatened by Michael and his friends, so the next day makes Bart a pantsing at Milhouse on the schoolyard. Later at the evening tell Michael to Bart about their plan, they going to steal the candy that Lisa manages for the school sales. Next day are they planing to steal the candy but Lisa discovers them before they had time to do it. The gang are going to beat up Lisa, but Bart defends her and they plan to go on him instead just as the police and [[Seymour Skinner]] comes and rescues the situation. Lisa does not want Bart walk away with the police so she defends him to Skinner, which was unnecessary for he and Milhouse worked as an undercover for him. The candy is saved and it is time to open the packages but they found that they is empty and nobody understands who might have stolen it. It turns out it was [[Bart]] who hid it in his [[Bart's treehouse|treehouse]], but Bart could not not joy the candy because [[Homer]] discovered it and ate it. |

Synopsis
- "In a stunning shift of power, the sons of The Legitimate Businessman's Social Club associates (aka the Mafia) move-in on the 'bully' trade at Springfield Elementary, and they have their sights set on recruiting Bart Simpson as their newest member."
Plot
There is a new bully on Springfield Elementary School, which is so tough that they bullies the other bully. Bart driving on his skateboarding around Springfield when he meets the new bully, Michael D'Amico. Michael tells Bart about his gang and want him to have him in his gang for they need him.
