Phil Oritz is an animator on the show and an artist on the Simpsons Comics. He has also animated such TV Shows as Garfield, the Pacman TV series, and The Smurfs.
Phil Ortiz was born to Mexican and Spanish/Norwegian parents in East Los Angeles. He has won many awards, including five Emmies.
